Our raw materials are all from well-known domestic steel mills, such as Qingshan, Baosteel, Yongxing, and Taigang. We will do MTC testing (PMI), tensile strength testing, and surface/size testing on the raw materials.
A dedicated person will follow up and check according to the process flow card and keep a copy.
Our quality inspection team consists of 15 professionals, each responsible for a different category of products.
We will conduct regular appearance inspection, PMI inspection, non-destructive testing (eddy current, ultrasonic, water pressure) and other inspections on our products. MTSCO is also equipped with a professional laboratory that can conduct tensile testing, hardness testing, metallographic analysis, spectral analysis and other inspections. If the customer requires, we can accept third-party inspections such as SGS/TUV/BV, etc.
